Ingredients and Stuff List
- One package White candy coating (Chocolate free)
- One fun Butterfly mold, or chocolate or candy mold of your choice, with two-inch cavities
- 12 reusable lollipop sticks (if you are making pops)
- A saucepan
- A heat safe, tallish glass bowl, wide enough to rest on top of the saucepan
Now that you have your Ingredients, and Stuff, you can get started on your yummy treats!
First step, create a double boiler, take your saucepan and fill it up with an inch and a half of clear water. next break up your candy coating, using a knife, if necessary, to cut into one-inch pieces, more or less, for uniform and easy melting. Bring water to a simmer on medium heat, then turn the burner to a low heat. place the heat a glass bowl over the pan of water, bowl should rest nicely on top of the pan. Place white candy Coating in the bowl, stir frequently until the mixture is smooth, liquidly and melted. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the mix into your mold. if your mold is smaller, then try using a teaspoon or so. the molds should be filled almost to the very top. If you are using a lollipop mold, then place the candy sticks in the groove of the mold, and make sure the top end is securely in the candy. Cover exposed ends of sticks with a tiny bit more of the candy coating. Place the tray, on a flat and sturdy area in your Freezer for 20 minutes, or until the pops are firm and come easily out of the molds. Pop out the pops and enjoy! YUMMY!
